Groups and Organizations
Bridgeport Community Church offers a variety of clubs and organizations designed to encourage fellowship, service, and personal growth for all ages. These groups provide opportunities to connect, learn, and serve together in a welcoming, Christ-centered environment. In addition, many community organizations partner with the church and host their events and activities within our facilities, allowing the church to serve as a gathering place for both our congregation and the wider community.
Ladies Guild
The Ladies Guild has been an important part of Bridgeport Community Church since its founding, with a long-standing tradition of fellowship, service, and faithful dedication. The Guild organizes a variety of charitable efforts, special events, and the church’s annual Holiday Happening Bazaar, supporting both church ministries and community outreach. Meetings are held on the second Monday of each month, September through May, and all are welcome to join in this meaningful ministry of service and connection.
Card Club
The Card Club offers a relaxed and friendly time of fellowship through euchre and other card games. Meeting every Tuesday at 10:00 AM in the Chapel, this group welcomes all who enjoy games, laughter, and good company. It’s a wonderful opportunity to build friendships and stay connected in a warm, welcoming setting.
Community Crafters
Community Crafters is a welcoming and creative group that brings people together for fellowship, conversation, and hands-on fun. Meeting the 1st, 3rd and 4th Monday's of the month at 2:00 PM in the Chapel, participants enjoy working on a variety of crafts while also taking part in other engaging and enjoyable activities. No special skills are required—just a willingness to relax, create, and spend time with others.
This group provides a warm and supportive environment where friendships are formed, ideas are shared, and creativity is encouraged. Community Crafters is a wonderful opportunity to connect with others, express creativity, and enjoy meaningful time together in a friendly, community-centered setting.
